-Resident in G105 (Mike R.)
When I moved into Village at North Hills, it was because it was convenient to my job and for the price. I’m renewing my lease when it comes up because I love my apartment and the staff has always been extremely helpful and very friendly. I have lived in other apartments in the past, but I never wanted to go in the leasing office, even to pay my rent. The office staff here is also so easy to talk to and maintenance is quick to come out when I have had issues. I’ve recommended this complex to people I work with and I can't wait to get my referral fee!

- Resident in D304 (Danielle H.)
Please note, that I enjoyed the past 2 years as a resident at Village at North Hills and applaud the changes your management team has made in the last year. The leasing and maintenance staff has been responsive and helpful. I also enjoyed the raffles, birthday cards and breakfasts. I was pleased to see the meeting with the Northglenn Police Department. It is the small things that bring the residents together to form a sense of community that is very important.

-David, Jaclyn, Brooklyn and Zayden Widhalm (D204)
Our family moved to The Village at North Hills on November 5, 2010. I was eight months pregnant with our second child, which was due to arrive in about 3 weeks. We were hoping to be moved in, unpacked and have the baby stuff set up before he arrived. After a long day of moving and setting up furniture we went to bed only to be awakened by contractions starting at 3 am. We went to the hospital and after hours and hours of labor we welcomed a beautiful healthy baby boy at 9:00pm on November 6, 2010. Zayden Chaney Widhalm 5lbs 1oz and 17in long born 3 weeks early. While in the hospital the crib still needed to be set up. Zayden is doing great and we have had lots of help from his big sister Brooklyn. We are happy that Zayden was here to celebrate Thanksgiving, even though the turkey was bigger than he was.
